Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for an yearly subscription of Filmfare magazine (subscription period : 14/09-29/08) and Hello magazine [Subscription id for both - 26479133]. A few copies of filmfare magazine were delivered on time for 4-5 months but after that i have stopped receiving them. As for the Hello magazine, not even a single copy has been delivered till date. I had called and registered a complaint a few times (complain no.- 549993) but to no response. I have receipt for the same.

Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against them.
