Chandamama
Paid money for 1 year subscription on 5th of May 10 but not yet received the copy

I have paid 300/- online towards the annual subscription of Chandamama English addition on 5th of May. They have given me a reference number immediately after registering and said that the first copy will be sent from the immediate month. Till now we have not received the magazine. When I checked with customer care, they gave some other details for the same reference number. The details are not mine. There is no other way to track my order. After several mails, they finally accepted to send the copy from June. But no progress was made. The money was deducted from my account. They are not responding to the mails or calls. Please suggest me on this.
