Dear Editor,

I subscribed your magazine in last week of June. and first copy came to me in last week of july.

but now It is creating problems.

1. At the time of subscription you told to my father that there is one year book also in my subscription and

you will send that as soon as possible but till now i didn't get any year book.

2. 2nd book of my subscription (sept. issue) should be come by now but it is still not.

please specify the time limit that near about which date of every month it will come to me.

3. I thought it is the best competition magazine for me but your help line service (when we call you) is very bad.

It always goes to hold or sometimes they pickup the phone and just left that on the hold.

I hope you understand your customers need. and will take appropriate action in this case.
