Issues not being sent despite pre paid

Sir, I made payment for the CSR magazine and a competition book for whole year subscription on 21/12. My eMOPNR No. is : 092950101221010083.

Sir, despite the advanced payment I had to struggle for starting the issuance of the magazine and the book. It is very hard to make a telephone call to these people as no body cares to pick the call. Somehow a call was connected to Ms. Bhawana (one of the employees there) who promised to send the issues. However, after the receipt of four magazines, the delivery has been stopped forthwith. Many emails to Ms. Bhawana in this regard have proved futile. Nobody responds, Sir, please tell me what to do?
