Promises not kept

I placed an order on 3rd of July for Subscribing to this magazine Cosmopolitan my subscription number was this COS-WEB-090704-7064 . The reason i subscribed was not that i get any discount or something but because my birthday falls on 12th of August and being a fashion follower I wanted to match the bag which comes as a free gist with the magazine. My birthday went and i bought something locally however even after following on mails and phonecalls all i get as a reply is we will get back to you in 5 days, 2 days your gift will be mailed to you in a week and its now close to a year... also i have not been getting my magazines on time.they have haphazard services and given me a lot of mental trauma... My customer ID is ID: 91618642 and now my subsciption is about to close. I am a subscriber of magazines like business world, time and others but the problem that i faced with cosmo i never faced anywhere... i wish something can be done now.
