Online complaints are not taken seriously

I just want to know that u take these online complaints seriously or not? We expect a lot from u then why you take our promblems seriously? I sent 3 online complaints on this complaint forum yesterday about RTU, did u took any action on that??? I want ans... my mail id is vineetachittoria@gmail.com.
