NEWS PAPER NOT DELIVERED

I had subcribed to their newspaper as per their new scheme by paying Rs 599/

on 13.02.2010 at Bangalore one centre and till this day I have not received the paper delivered at home inspite of calling them up several times. I live at the heart of the city and still they cannot search my house. How unbecoming of such a prestigious newspaper who claim that they have a high readership value.

I am looking for legal recourse by referring my greivance to CONSUMER FORUM FOR COMPENSATION for the cost incurred by getting the amount recovered from their Sales Managers salary. I feel that my name was not included in the lucky draw.
