Phone Dead

This is to inform whomsoever concerned, that I own a Land line connection since 10 years, but now the service is so so poor, that I cant tolerate this any more, whenever we complaint to the concerned departments, they give assurance of sending some technicians today, tomorrow, but till date no one has turned up.. Why is it? if you guys are government employees you do as you wish... Check other private Land line connections, such as Airtel, Vodafone, etc., etc.,

And the worst part is... my BSNL land line is not working, but I am getting monthly Bills without fail... You guys do all this just coz there is no 1 to ask you guys and you get paid for chumma sitting at office...

You guys wont change even if 1000 Anna Hazares awake in India.
