Pre-paid subcription collected but news paper not delivered since last 15 days

Dear Consumer Grievance forum,

I have booked DNA news paper through an authorized representative of Divya Bhaskar Mr. Vyomesh Thakor (Mob No 9601991859) before 15 days. The said executive came to my home and offered a pre-paid discounted subscription of DNA news paper. I have paid him INR 299 immediately and in turn he issued a monthly coupen booklet stating the news paper circulation shall be resumed from tomorrow onwards. Knowing the news paper is not coming since 2/3 days, I have called him up and asked to resume ASAP..however after 15 days the circulation has not been started. The mobile no of the executive came constantly switched off and hence in the meantime I called up to local divya bhasker office wherein I have been assured circulation resumption by the Divya Bhasker Circulation staff (Ms. Monika & Parth Rathod).

Post 15 days, I am forced to compliant the same over the web for taking the necessary action..either to refund the money back or to resume the service in next 2 days.
