DNA Hawkers issue

The issue with me is of DNA hawkerAshok Zanjale 9881401304, Kalewadi.

He has taken the money in cash from me for the scheme of DNA yearly subscription for rs 400/-

But he did not give me the coupons and ensured me that he will give me the newspaper regularly for one year from 1-Nov to 31-Oct.

Now in between he has left to service in this area and handed over this area news papers to another hawker Satyajit 9922919465, that guy Satyajit came to me and ask the money after the November month of 2010 by saying that he has not got any coupons from my previous hawker Ashok Zanjale and for that I will have to pay him some 400-500/- INR, I am struggling with both of the hawkers and got another number of DNA supervisor Mr Suhas 9011053867, Suhas claimed me to do my queries resolved and still am following him up but there is no response which can assure me to give my coupons back or Ashok will pay the coupons to Satyajit and resolve the issue.

I am totally fed up as I am in a service and can not get proper time to follow the guys also they speak very harsh language and put down the cellphone generllly.

I request to DNA, Kindly give me a proper solution of this problem or otherwise I have to take some legal approach for the same as I have proof of the receipt for the same.
