NON RECEIPT OF COUPON BOOKLET

FOOLING BUSINESS OF DBA NEWS PAPER PUBLICATIONS

I would like to inform I had subscribed to DNA news paper in the month of November and I received phone call from DNA courier person that he will be delivering the coupon booklet in second week of November but till date I have not received the above coupons. After various calls made by me to DNA office representative for which I have received false promises that the same will be received by me within a weeks time till date I have not received the same. I have sent atleast 10 sms on 575758 for the same.

I have received various calls from DNA representatives but with all false promises. With a subscription of Rs.200/- I have spent more than that in Phone calls to DNA office and sms.
