Non receiving of newspape

DNA newspaper has launched a scheme of subscription in 249. Their representative came to my home and gave the details. He promised me that he will send the coupens but nobody came for that. regular hawker is not ready to give the paper without giving the payment coupen for atleat six months in advance. Still we have not received even a single copy of news paper. The Payment for the same was debited from my account also. Many times we launch a complaint on DNA site as well as on the landline no.25667916-17 also but there is no response. DNA services are too bad I don't know how is the paper contents. I 'll suggest to all to not to take DNA in the Scheme subscription. They don't fulfill the promises.
