Not given the cupon even the payment taken

There was a DNA Scheme of 2 years papaer @199/-. I have paid the amount through cheque one month back and it is cleared also. Till date i have not received the cuppon for the same. Even they are sending sms that you will soon get the cupon but it is not happening. They are not even taking calls.

pls help.
