Subscription coupens not received even after 3 months

On date 1st March I filled two year subscripton form through one DNA executive named Gopindra Singh (ME-1511). I was promised to get coupens within 4 weeks; accordingly cheque given by me also debited from my account within a week time. But as of now I have not received any coupen from DNA. But regularly I got false committments from DNA office Pune saying that coupens are dispatched. One team lead of Mr Gopindra named Shashikant also talked very rudely with me and asked me to contact to DNA office not to him. From office once they gave me courier contact number also whose name was Mr Rokde. But before 2 days he also said that all couriers are returned back to DNA. Please suggest how to resolve this conflict?
