Offer (free Bag) not recived

I had subscribed to DNA under a scheme (with a BAG free for one year payment), though some how I manage to get the subscrption started with continuios followup with my newspaper guy. DNA failed to deliver the promised " BAG " to me its almost a year now.

They even don, t bother to reply to the mails sent to them.

Please advise.
