Not receiving newspape

I NATHIDEVI C N JAIN is a customer for DNA daily newspaper but I am not receiving my newspaper since last 6 months (i.e. since November).

When I complaint about it to our paper vendor He always troubles Me sending some boys I just want to complaint about him and I know that my paper vendor sells all the papers to some waste paper shop here in kalyan.

I want to request you (DNA) to cancel his (paper vendors) license other wise I'll complaint in consumer court
