Not Recieved DNA Coupons

Hello DNA Team,

This is Sarika Kore & have registered the 2 year subscription of DNA News paper of RS 249 at Syntel Company on 14/04 as s I am a Syntel Employee (My Receipt is No 49285).

But still I haven't received your coupons.so I am unable to take the newspaper from the dealer.

I have called your office on 25667916 or 17 at least 10 to 15 times and every time they had given me the stupid answers.

Is this a way of DNA to handle the customers???

Or Can I consider the DNA did Fraud with me???

Please let me know how I can get these coupons ASAP.

Or how I can get the money refund???
