Not receiving dna ya on sundays

I have booked dna & dnaya at exhibition held in bombay exhibition centre at goregaon, i am receiving dna but unfortunately i am not receiving dnaya on sundays which is for my child. I spoke to the vendor but its useless. The main thing is that you have just mentioned c-35 depot & vendor's name but not given any address or contact no for the same. I feel like cheated & henceforth i wont be subscribing dna & switch over to times mumbai mirror combo offer, bcoz its ridiculous that inspite of paying for dnaya we are not receiving dnaya.

Kindly look into the matter.
