Paper distribution

Hello,

this is p madhavi devi, judicial member, income tax appellate tribunal, bangalore bench. (pmadhavidevi@gmail., com). there was no distribution of paper on september 2nd 2011. we have already asked the bangalore eenadu office and they said there was no holiday on the first and the papers were distributed to the agents. but our agent (girish, hsr layout) says he has not recieved the paper and therefore it cannot be distributed. please look into the matter.
