Not receiving subscriptions

Hi

I have subscribed to times Group publication in Nov 09 for 1 year starting 1st Dec 09 to 30th Nov 10 - Femina (Every Fortnight ) & Good Homes (1 per month). My subscription number is 26687813.

I have not received any maganizes for Jan 10 & have called them 8-9 time. Everytime response is, we will get this deliver in 2 days & we will confirm with you receipt ot not? Few complant numbers given to me are 265074, 265489, 266497.

Everytime no one calls as they have not dipatched the magazines. So request to all of you not to trust Times group, when you subscribe they make money by not sending 2-3 issues in a year.

They are the cheaters & big big liars...
