Not reciept of Subscription copy

Dear Sir/Madam

My Brother subscribed for Femina for our mother in the month of June & was promised that would receive the copies in the month of July onward. We patiently waited as July went by we did not receive both the copies. I had called earlier in July to check whether the subscription was registered or not but they said it was I did not have to worry & would receive. Unfortunately did not receive any thing. I called in the month of August my address was verified and was informed that I would get a call as I informed that we would want to cancel the subscription but no one has ever called. I was very surprised about the same.

In two days had 4set of Magazines sent to me. Which I accepted & changed my mind. Today is the 22/09 I have not received any copies. I don't want magazines after the date otherwise I can go to paper mart and the old magazine which is just for Rs.10/- there is a reason why we pay & I don't think there is any good customer services at all.

Your services are really appalling & Bad. Can you tell me what needs to be done further.
