Non receipt of magazine

I have subscribed for the bi-montly edition of Femina India on 6.5.2011 and paid through cheque of Rs 650 which was debited from my account on 1.6.2011 however I have still not received the magazine.

Please credit the amount back to my account since the magazine was not received by me yet.

The SR. No. of temporary eceipt is 31394 on the name of Neha Jain and the executive who came to my doorstep was Vineeta.
