Not getting after 3rd august issue and non receipt of promised free gift

I booked your Time Megazine through India Today Book Club, Paid Rs 2646/ through SBI Cheque no 132312 in name of LM/AC TIME .Money deducted from my A/C on 21/7/09 .Megazine received 27/7/09 and 3/8/09 issues only. Not getting my promised free gift till now. Pl confirm and send regular megazine and my free gift. Thanks
