Non Delivery Of Magazines even after Subscription Fee being Paid

I am Paurav Mehta resident of mumbai city. I have a subscription of 2 magazines The Week & Good homes I paid there subsciption fee of Rs 499 for The Week & Rs 600 for Good Homes through cheques no

For The Week cheque no 000000373647 Dated - 28/04 of HDFC Bank amounting Rs 499

For Good Home cheque no 000000890466 Dated 18/06 of HDFC Bank amounting Rs 600

the cheques were cleared with in a week of issue of the cheques but i have not received any magzines for last 2 months from any of these vendors. It is very disappointing to know that brand like these also cannot service clients properly to top it up when i tried getting in touch with their customer service department no proper reply was received from there end after getting frustrated from all these problem as a consumer i fail to understand where a consumer should go so he can be heard...

Such reputed brands also dont take care of there consumers. I want justice to happen and my services to be started again & the issues i havent received for last 2 months to be sent to my address
