Non receipt of October and December issues

I am a subscriber of HBR "HBR Subscription - HBR 1588165". I have a regular problem of not receiving the monthly issues regularly. Despite many a telephone call and reminders, the apologetic staff at the India today office No. 0120 - 2479945, will assure that things will be set right, but there is no improvement in the service.

I even tried to email the India Today senior level offices, but the mail bounced back from my Gmail account. I sent one from my official account - which did not bounce back ; but am not sure if it reached them.

I just don't know what to do. Can You Help?
