Refusal of the vendor to deliver the newspaper due to non - receipt of coupons

I have paid a sum of Rs.449/- vide Cheque No.227652 drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce - Borivali (west) Branch debited in my Saving Bank Account No.02872010105870 on 28/01 .

Till today I have not received HT Coupons from your end and ARUN PAWAR (MANBHAV ) - Vendor has told me not to deliver the News Paper.

Please do the needful and send me the Coupons as I have paid Subscription for TWO Years from January 01st to December 31st and the Cheque have been debited to my Account.

Please inform me and deliver the Coupons at Your earliest at the following address.
