Subscription Coupons not delivered

Dear sir

I'm working with TCS and Hindustan Times executives had come to our office with special subscription offers for TCSers. As my wife and I both are working we are not present at home during weekdays. Also, for the same reason, I had requested the executives to send the coupons to my office address. They agreed upon this at that time and it has been 3 months since then I haven't yet received my coupons.

It has been around 3 times that I've launched a complaint and everytime I get the same reply that the coupons have returned from Sigma couriers which is the 1st time they had delivered it. Also, the extent to which the service is irresponsible is that when I called up to the customer service the service person whose name is Swati, deliberately disconnected me when I asked about what procedure is to be done to get the money back and discontinue with the subscription.

Also, I've mailed twice to subscription@hindustantimes.com regarding my problem but they too haven't yet responded to any of these problems. They even't have replied the email sent.

I kindly request you to help me out in this. The mails that I've sent are dated 13th Jan and 15th Jan. My contact number is 91 9833372378.
