Subscription coupons not recieved for the second yea

I darshana waghela had paid an amt of 349/ for a 2 year subscription of hindustan times on date 06/06/08 by cheque. i have not recieved any coupons for the second year.i also made calls at ur customer care but to vain they do not respond they just cut the call without any answers.please answer my complaint or else i will need to go to the consumer court.
