Non receipt of renewal coupns

I paid Rs.199/- by cheque on 16.10.2009 to Mr. Arun Singh, HT representative, towards renewal of my subscription of Hindustan Times for a period of one year starting from November 1, vide Form #514383 The monthly coupons for this were to be sent to me soon thereafter, but even after five months I am yet to receive the coupons.

I have already made more than 2 dozen telephone calls to all concerned at HT office, Mumbai - Mr. Arun Singh, Mr. Bhushan, Mr. Mahesh, Mr. Sunil Gaikwad, Mr. Bhaskar Gaikwad, Ms. Zarina, and many others, requesting to expedite delivery of the coupons. Except giving assurances every time, no action, apparently, has been taken by them. I had also sent an email to the Editor, HT, Mumbai on 19.12.09 requesting to look into the matter, without any success. My email dated 4.3.2010 to the Editor in Chief and letters dated 4.3.2010 to the Editor in Charge and Editorial Director, HT, New Helhi too have not yielded an results so far.
