Non delivery of Subscription Coupens

I have subscribed to 1 year subscription of Hindustan Times Newspaper on 18/12 by paying Rs. 199 / - by Cheque. The cheque has been cleared on 16/12 as per my bank statement.

But even after such a long time, till now I have not received the Subscription Coupen booklet from Hindustan Times.

I have sent them e-mail, but no reply from them.

Kindly Guide me.
