Non delivery of coupons for annual subscription

I have paid INR 149 towards annual subscription of Hindustan Times vide cheque no. 144660 dated 14th Feb.

The form no. is 629382.

Till date I have not received the coupons and hence the subscription has not commenced.

Inspite of repeated followups with the subscriptions department I have not received any affirmative response.
