Non-receipt of coupon since december'10

Dear sir,

This is with reference to the subscription paid for 2 years to Hindustan Times vide cheque no: 000029 dt 13/12 for Rs 249/- in the name of HT media ltd through our local new paper agent Rangbhadur yadav, who delivers the news paper at our door, after several reminders to the agent as well as customer care of Hindustan Times, we get the reply that the coupon has been delivered to us on 25th december'10.

But the fact is that the coupon has been not yet delivered to us till this day.

please kindly look in to this matter and do the needfull and oblige
