Non receipt of pape

I am a subscriber of hindustan times newspaper but my paper vendor (Mr.)Pravin has stopped delivering the said paper for the year 2011 from february even if i have already handed him the coupons for the current year as he claims that the company has not paid him for the last year . i dont remember whether i have given the coupons of the last year to him but i have given the company and the vendor the following details to issue the duplicate coupons/ make payment to him. cheque no 348210 for rs 199 drawn on karnataka bank savings a/c no 22845 kalyan west branch cleared on 1st jan. there is no response from the company/ vendor despite repetitive complaints. it seems the company is not interested in maintaining its loyal customers.
