I paid Rs. 299/- against 10 months subscription of Hindustan Times 'HT GURGAON LEADERSHIP OFFER' vide coupn no. HT0516494 on 15/4.

The Executive Sh. Narender contact no. 9718225072 has told me that your paper will starts from 1/5. But till date I haven't received any.

No newspaper vendor either received any coupn. They told me 'HTBIKTA NAHI HAI NA SO THEY STARTS THESE FRAUD OFFERTO COLLECT MONEY'

If this is true than it is a REAL SHAME FOR HT
