Non receipt of coupon

I had subscribed to Hindustan Times Rs 249 plan on 11th February and had Hindustan Time Representative visit TechMahindra office premises on the same day.

After many follow-ups with Rajesh Konde: 9833475292, there is some reply always saying need to speak to other people (bosses). When I tried calling the numbers 022-61456226, it always comes engaged and people not contactable till 02-Jun.

The subscription is made via IDBI Bank, Khar (W) Branch chq# 163412 dt.11-02.

To respect everyone's time, I need a reply from the authorities of HT.
