Delivery of Chinese non registered IMEI mobile phone by HS 18

Dear sir/ma'am,

I placed an order to purchase a mobile phone through an advertisement given on color TV channel by Home Shop 18 on 16/11, order number-701918485 and received a cellphone of Airfone company model no. AF22, however since 1/12/09 the phone is not recognizing any SIM card being inserted in it. I called at HS 18 inquiry number several time but did not get any response, after enquiry from local mobile repairing shop i got to know that IMEI number of the phone is not valid and probably i have been given a Chinese mobile from Home Shop 18.

Its very weird that despite of the fault of HS 18 they are not responding.
