Nondelivery of magazine from Indiatimes

Dear Sir/Madam,

I subscribed for Reader Digest magazine through Indiatimes. My order no. for the same is 112301729/3021055. I paid Rs.479 to Indiatimes in the month of April but after paying the amount I have not received any delivery of product from Indiatimes till today.

I have called so many times to Indiatimes customer care executives, they always assure me to wait for two or three days and product will be delivered.

I have lodged a complaint to them in the month of June again in July but they are not paying heed towards it. I am wasting my money and time in calling to indiatimes. Now I want my money back
