I subscribed for 2 magazines from India Times shopping on 6 and 18 Oct, order numbers are 112651413 and 112632266. I have not received any books from them as yet and my account was debited the next day. All their customer service numbers are wrong. On 14 Nov i managed to reached to to reach the Gujarat customer care who told me the books will be delivered with 3 and 7 working days, but not received any so far. When we write a complaint we only get automated reply.
This is the most unprofessional organistaional I had to deal with. Could you please help me with this query.
