Claim of free gift

I have purchased form Living Media India Ltd One set of Britanica word serach CD Rom for Rs 574/ They have advised that I will get a fee gift after the delivery of good.. I got the CD on27th October. When i login for a feee gift it was not opened.. I have made a complaint to the Co. They sid the online was in trouble try after 48 hours.. Accordingly I have tried finally I was able to get the line but stated that the schme is lapsed. In the invoice NoORA090080284 dt 22.10.09 it states I can claim the dfeee gift within 60 days. But now they say the scheme was closed. Please enquire and let me know. Thanking u
