DOUBLE DEBIT TO MY CREDIT CARD

I received a call from your office on the 15th of September telling me that I have been picked for some offers. I was told that a sum of Rs.15900/- should be paid by me after 45 days and if I am satisfied with the products that are sent to me. I was asked to provide me my credit card number, which I did. I regret to inform you that you office tells something and does something. Not only they debited my card the same day with Rs.15998/- but also another amount Rs.15798/-. I was shocked to see two debits in my account statement. I was telling them to put everything on mail, which they have not done so far and tell you some thing they spoke to me for about 20 minutes and how do you expect anyone to remember everything they said, that is the reason I asked her to put it on mail. I request you to kindly look into the matter and credit my account with the amounts debited on my credit card. I request you to respond immediately by return mail.
