My Subscription no. ITE526343 & case ID 2589620

I am feeling ashamed of the way the Customer care of India today group is responding. It is a highly unprofessional way. You people do not know that I am complaining since last 10 months for non receipt of India today and in my latest mail I have intimated that I am getting India Today only from 1st May.. You have yourself agreed that due to some problems of vendors, India today could not be delivered to me and still you are extending the subscription only for 3 months. I have already asked you that I do not want to continue your subscription and would like to get my money back immediately. I have spent lot of time in correspondence and there is no one who is bothered about the problem of customers. Is there someone in India Today to whom I can address my problem or can you tell me the mail of Mr. Purie.
