Subscription for Money Today magazine

I've subscribed for Money Today magazine and (paid the money online) which is from India Today group. I was supposed to receive the magazine from Jan to Dec on a monthly basis and that too before 5th of every month.

But, I haven't received the January issue and today is 10th of Feb and I'm yet to receive the Feb issue also. Upon intimating the customer care, they just create a CASE ID for it and sit idle. I think their responsibility is ending there itself. I felt cheated by a reputed magazine group.

So guys, think twice before subscribing for anything from the India Today group.
