India Today Group
False promise of free gift on purchase

Dear Sir/Madam,

In 2010 November I subscribed for the the magazine "Times" from the India today group. For each subscription of Time there was a free gift of a set of travel bags. I made a payment of 2500 Rs. Inspite of many calls and emails and 8 months later I have not received the gift. It is the apathy of the customer care which has upset me the most.

Would request you take some action and ensure that the group do not make such false promises for the sale of their products.
