NON DELIVER OF MAGAZINE

I subscribed for India Today weekly magazine for one year through net banking on the web site of INDIA TODAY Magazine by making a payment of Rs 1300/-(Rupees Thirteen Hundred Only) from my

ICICI Bank Account on 27th Sept. Since then I have not received even a single issue of INDIA TODAY despite my repeated complaints to the Customer care service.

I have sent numerous E Mails to the customer care service at

wecare@intoday.com with copies to editor@intoday.com but the problem

remains unresolved. I have also complained at 24x7wecare of the

magazine but to no avail so far.

The company should arrange for the delivery of the magazines

Regularly immediately and extend my subscription accordingly.

Previous and outdated issues are not acceptable to me.
