Non Receipt of Magazine

Dear All,

I had exchange many e-mails with your customer care, but it seems no one is bother to look in to the matter.

From last 2 months and now for the Dec, 09 month i haven't received the copy of Men's Health. Whenever I write a mail, there is an assurance from your side (Ms. Soumitra) that the copies would be send in next 4-5 days, which never comes.

I just cannot wait any more and need an urgent resolution for the same.
