Non receipt of free gift

Despite repeated assrances from customer care dept of India Today, I am yet to get the free gift promised of a Speedo Sunglass for a five year subscription I renewed in October. The same company had also announced a prize draw promising customers of great prizes. I am yet to get the gift, nor any response been given to the result of the prize draw.
