Non Despatch of subscription gift

Dear Sir,

I have subscribed Good House keeping from India today group on 08 May under Customer Id 91582573 and subscription Id GHK1578105. My subscription started on 01 Jun.

I was promised that my free gift of "A Set of 2 Exclusively Handcrafted Hot Tea Cups & Saucers" will be sent to me in six weeks. However I have still not received the gift even after eight months. Every time I ask the magazine people they say that it is out of stock and will take three to four weeks to dispatch and then nothing happens.

I account it to denial of customer rights and demand a renewal of subscription for another one year since the company has failed to send the gift within the stipulated time frame.
