Subscription Copy Not received till now

I had subscribed to "Better Photography" magazine Order No CC20091019-61784 on 19 Oct. Ever since i have faced problems with my subscription copy. For first 3 months, i wrote continuously to the subscription cell and to the editor about my missing copy and a copy was arranged to be sent much later.

For last 3 months again i have not received any copy and this time nobody is bothering to respond to my emails. I am really fed up with the service and i wish to lodge a complaint against the company. I have been mentally harassed and this has caused stress to me. Over and above, i have paid Rs 649 in full for which i need a complete refund with interest @ 13%.

Can you please help me get a response from the said company?
