About dvd provided in digit magazine

Hi, this is Kumar Priyesh, With due respect i have to say that i am a regular reader of digit magazine. In November issue of digit i have got 2 dvds but one dvd has nothing. Neither it has a logo nor any content. It is totally transparent like a glass's disc. I want to request Jasubhai digital media to kindly take an action for that dvd and provide me with a correct one. I shall be really obliged to them for that. Due to that i am unable to use many useful softwares provided in it. Plz help me sir as soon as possible.
