Fraud by collecting Money form innocent candidates

Hi, Last May, i paid 800 rupees to Asia Web Media consultants based in Noida be convinced that they will offer me some good openings in MNC's as they had mentined in their website. I was assured that if they are nor able to give you job in a month they will refund the money. After 3 weeks of long sleep they gave me very stupid low profile job opening. After a month, when I asked them to refund my money, since they are making me fool that they will give me the money by next week. till Date I have not got my money back.

Anybody please help me what to do in this case, as I want to get it back.
